• Contact the Internal Revenue Service (1-800-829-1040) to determine if you need a Federal Employer's IMontgomeryification Number and request your w-4, SS-4, Circular E and Publication 334 forms.
• Contact the Missouri Department of Revenue's Taxpayer Service Center (334-242-1000) to determine which state laws apply to you and complete your State Tax Estimated Income forms.
