When a conversation leads to the topic of Beverly Hills, our mind instantly imagines those stars who dwell there. But they are not simply famed because of their appearances in movies and televisions; there is more than wealth there. One of the less known facts about Beverly Hills is its diet.
Most of the stars, athletes, and wealthy people who live there often pay personal trainers and a nutritionists to keep them healthy despite their unhealthy living attitude. Well, since celebrities and gossips are tied, naturally the diet was leaked a long time ago. The rumor was that the Beverly Hills dwellers were advised to diet based on fruit. The first magical fruit mentioned in the vague gossip was papaya. Papaya was claimed a magical benefit to soften the fat inside the body. While this might be true, simply a diet based on Papaya won't be enough.
The second magical fruit was pineapple which was claimed to melt away the fat. While this might be true as well, the gossip did even a further leap by mentioning that pineapple could make the body feel a hot, swooping sensation that can burn off fat.
The third fruit involved was watermelon. Watermelon was claimed to be able to rinse away the fat inside a body. This fact is accurate enough since watermelon has been scientifically proven as diuretic catalyst and a negative calories bringer. However please bear in mind that fruits alone cannot provide your body with all the minerals and vitamins it needs every day.
The weight loss that incurred during this diet will be water weight. Unless you are a new type of dieter who wants to lose water instead of fat, then this diet will do little use for you. In the long run this diet will test your patience and health without any trade off benefit. However the celebrities were rumored to be eating only these fruits during the diet period. Well, if you try this gossip based diet then you will likely get diarrhea instead of weight loss. Poor carbohydrates and proteins intake will also dish out your energy. Another lesson learned not to take gossip seriously!
